1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or in any way using the 9joy platform (accessible at 9joy.app and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 9joy with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 9joy platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the platform — including browsing the game lobby, placing a wager, or making a deposit — constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they stand at that point in time.

9joy reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 9joy will notify registered players via email or a platform notification. The updated Terms take effect from the date of publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 9joy, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for your own personal entertainment and recreation.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and all funds you deposit belong to you personally.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from 9joy or any related platform under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• You are not currently subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit participation in online gambling activities.
• You have provided accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process.
• You understand that online gaming involves real money and carries a risk of financial loss.

Age Verification

9joy reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including during the registration process, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any subsequent point during your account's lifetime. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by 9joy may result in suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawal requests pending review.

Where an account is confirmed to belong to an individual under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance — net of any bonus funds — will be returned to the depositing payment method where technically feasible.

Geographic Eligibility

9joy primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gambling services is lawful in your specific location. 9joy makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access 9joy from locations where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one single account on 9joy. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent the single-account restriction — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances attributable to bonus or promotional activity.

Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your NID or passport), a valid email address, a mobile number registered in Bangladesh, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method details. 9joy may request additional information at any time to verify your identity, confirm the source of your funds, or comply with responsible gaming obligations.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 9joy will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or phone.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP for all login and withdrawal actions.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

9joy accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable security precautions. In the event of confirmed unauthorised access, 9joy will conduct a thorough investigation and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is ongoing.

Account Verification (KYC)

To comply with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations, 9joy may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before your first withdrawal or at any subsequent time. KYC verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of your registered payment method (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered mobile number). Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with 9joy's Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 9joy are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 9joy, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 9joy account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours.

• Only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposited funds are for the purpose of gaming on the 9joy platform only.
• 9joy does not charge deposit processing fees, but your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
• In the event of a failed deposit where funds have left your payment account but have not been credited to your 9joy balance, contact support immediately at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. To be eligible to withdraw, your account must have completed KYC verification and you must not be subject to any active bonus wagering requirements on the funds you wish to withdraw. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

9joy targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 banking business days. During periods of high transaction volume — including BPL match days, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — processing times may be slightly extended. 9joy will communicate any exceptional delays via platform notification.

Anti-Money Laundering

9joy maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Players must not use the 9joy platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or conduct any financial transaction that is not directly related to legitimate gaming activity. 9joy reserves the right to request documentation explaining the source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

9joy offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this general section, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by 9joy are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or bonus winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) is stated clearly in the terms of each promotion. Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards meeting a wagering requirement — some game categories, including certain live dealer titles and sports betting markets, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

Bonus Eligibility Rules

• Each welcome bonus is available to new players once only, on their first qualifying deposit.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• 9joy reserves the right to void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of errors, or collusion.
• Players who have self-excluded or are in a cooling-off period are not eligible for any promotional offer and will not be contacted with promotions during that period.

Seasonal Promotions

Each campaign publishes its own specific terms and end date. 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets on 9joy are governed by the specific rules published within each game or market interface, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

Sportsbook Rules

Bets placed on the 9joy sportsbook are final once confirmed. 9joy will not accept requests to void, modify, or cancel bets after they have been accepted, except in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or postponed and not completed within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time; (b) a manifest pricing error is identified and the odds offered were clearly erroneous in a way that a reasonable person would have recognised; (c) the bet was placed on a market that was inadvertently offered after the event had already commenced (late-market error).

• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation.
• 9joy reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without notice, including during a live event.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market are published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.
• Cricket markets including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the platform.

Casino & RNG Game Rules

All slot and RNG games on 9joy use certified Random Number Generators from licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel. Theoretical RTP figures represent long-run averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

Live Dealer Rules

Live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live are governed by the specific game rules displayed within each live table interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game round, the round will be completed according to the game's pre-determined auto-resolution rules. 9joy is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues outside of 9joy's control.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

9joy is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should always remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial hardship or psychological distress. As a condition of using the 9joy platform, you agree to engage with the platform's responsible gaming tools and to make honest use of the self-assessment and limit-setting features available in your account settings.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Define the maximum continuous play duration per session. A reality-check prompt will be displayed at your chosen interval.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Suspend your account for a fixed period between 24 hours and 6 weeks. The account is fully inaccessible during this window and cannot be reactivated early.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your account for a defined minimum period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Re-registration during an active exclusion window is blocked.

9joy will never send promotional emails or SMS messages to an account that is in a cooling-off period or under self-exclusion. If you receive a marketing communication after activating these tools, please report it immediately to [email protected] so it can be investigated and rectified.

9joy reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account, including unsolicited deposit limits or cooling-off periods, where internal monitoring identifies patterns that suggest problematic gambling behaviour. Such actions are taken in the interests of player welfare and are not punitive.

8 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9joy platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any other purpose).
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with any part of the 9joy platform including the sportsbook, casino, or cashier.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any technical vulnerability — such vulnerabilities must be reported to 9joy immediately.
• Colluding with other players in poker, bingo, or any other multi-player game format.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge or any form of privileged information that constitutes match-fixing or insider trading.
• Using the 9joy platform to conduct money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials for deposits or withdrawals.
• Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals filed in bad faith against legitimate 9joy transactions.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 9joy staff, live dealer staff, or other players via any platform communication channel.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, 9joy reserves the right to: (a) immediately suspend the affected account pending investigation; (b) withhold withdrawal requests until the investigation is concluded; (c) void all wagers and bonuses associated with the prohibited activity; (d) permanently close the account and forfeit outstanding balances where prohibited conduct is confirmed; and (e) share information with payment processors, industry fraud databases, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent further harm.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 9joy platform — including but not limited to the 9joy brand name and logo, website design and layout, software interfaces, graphics, text, game content, promotional materials, and data — is the intellectual property of 9joy or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 9joy platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 9joy platform content without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the 9joy platform software.
• Use 9joy's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on 9joy platform content.
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine any part of the 9joy platform for commercial or competitive purposes.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by 9joy under licence. Any queries regarding the intellectual property of specific game titles should be directed to the relevant studio.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9joy's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 9joy account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9joy shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service provided through it.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues outside of 9joy's reasonable control, including failures in third-party payment provider infrastructure.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made by you based on information, statistics, or odds displayed on the platform.
• The actions, omissions, or content of third-party game providers whose titles are made available through the 9joy lobby.

Nothing in these Terms limits 9joy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Account Closure & Termination

Closure by the Player

You may close your 9joy account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written request. Before processing the closure, 9joy will confirm your identity and prompt you to withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

Termination by 9joy

9joy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 9joy has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or money laundering in connection with your account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 9joy.
• 9joy is required to do so by an applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction.
• Continuing to operate your account would expose 9joy to legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by 9joy due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding bonus balances and any balances derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe unless prohibited by law or subject to an ongoing investigation.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 9joy will notify you via your registered email address before applying a dormancy administrative fee of ৳200 per month to cover maintenance costs. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any applicable re-verification steps.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments to These Terms

9joy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, 9joy will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the 9joy platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with 9joy's Privacy Policy and the specific terms of any active promotion or bonus, constitute the entire agreement between you and 9joy with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.
